THE NATIONAL
Recorded at the National�s studio in Brooklyn, the band revealed they shall return after the release of 2007's Boxer with a currently untitled new album in Spring 2010.
The band also announced a host of global tour dates, including a date at the Royal Albert Hall, all available to view here
The band have also just announced a further date, in Prospect Park in New York for July.
EFTERKLANG
Ahead of the release of Magic Chairs on February 22, Efterklang announced a host of shows for across the globe (dates here). Following 2007�s Parades, the Danish outfit�s lead single, �Modern Drift� is available to download for free as a taster of what is to come from the record, available here.
THE BIG PINK
Following on from the success of A Brief History of Love and a triumphant US tour, The Big Pink celebrated two nominations for the NME Awards (open to a public vote HERE) with dates across the UK as part of the NME Tour - starting on Thursday - with Australian and North American dates later this Spring .
GANG GANG DANCE
This month 4AD revealed the label had signed New York outfit Gang Gang Dance, with a new album - the follow-up to 2008�s Saint Dymphna - due later on in 2010.
Having cemented themselves as one of the most essential experimental acts of their generation, the act are currently working on new material for the forthcoming record, with a number of sporadic shows throughout the year.
TUNE-YARDS
Following a triumphant 2009 that saw the release of her debut album, Bird-Brains, celebrated by the likes of the Guardian as "heartstopping" (5/5), Merrill Garbus�s outfit Tune-Yards announced a host of European dates to begin 2010 (available here) and the opportunity to perhaps witness a spectacle akin to their Pop Montreal performance last year.

SERENA-MANEESH
Following their first stateside appearances since 2006 with two blistering sets in New York this month, Serena-Maneesh revealed further North American dates ahead of the release of S-M2: Abyss In B Minor on March 23.
